What is biodiversity net gain?

Biodiversity Net Gain is a new legal requirement that most developments must comply with from November 2023. To get planning permission, you’ll have to submit a Biodiversity Gain Plan (BGP) and prove that you are creating a net uplift in biodiversity of at least 10%.

Our tools are built to make this as fast and easy as possible, so you can get on with your development.
